The Office of Business and Administration

The Office of Business and Administration is dedicated to serving our faculty and staff and applying guiding principles to deal with our past, present and future finances. Our role in managing and safeguarding Undergraduate Academic Affairs assets and liabilities includes formulating, implementing and monitoring financial policies and procedures, and preparing and interpreting financial reports and analyses.

  • To provide expertise in the areas of business administration, financial service, personnel budgeting, and staff relations.
  • The Office of Business and Administration has broad and independent responsibilities for ensuring compliance with University and Division policies and procedures and is responsible for providing strategic counsel to the Vice Chancellor of Undergraduate Academic Affairs with regard to financial, physical plant, and personnel resources.
  • Our Office works closely with the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Undergraduate Academic Affairs, the Senior Executive Director of Instructional Support, the Senior Director of Academic Engagement and Programming, and the Campus Deans and the Dean of Douglass Residential College.
